Body fat percentage (female)? - whats a normal muscle percentage for women
I go to the gym hardcore since February and have an impedance of those electronic scales that indicate the percentage of body fat. I lost 15 pounds, probably since January. I was eating, weight training and HIIT cardio. Everyone says that I can not believe how they were disciplined. However .... the scale says that she has only a little fat lost more than 2% (I'm in the range of 27%) also want to take the EC stack 2x daily, Vitamin Calcium several years, many proteins, 'bring muscle regeneration (including whey ). Accept what is .... My question is why I only lost 2% on a comparable 4 months? It is very frustrating. I know that I (an acceptable range of calories around 1400-1600) per day and I'm 5 to 6 days in the damn gym a week. How much does a normal fat loss in what time frame? HELP !!!!!

If you eat well, falling Protien shakes. is likely that their work was not hard enough / tear muscles, which do useful shkes to Protien. I remember the excess carbohydrates, fat and protein store at the end of the day.
Cardio is the key. Or 75% of maximum heart rate is more efficient to burn fat. talking 2 or more hours per day 5 times per week. You can even gym gym and focus on cardiovascular outcomes, when the time is limited.

This varies greatly between individuals. What you should know worry is on duty, and how clothes fit and how your body does not appear that the% fat or a book. The # 's does not mean much. I can have 5% body fat and the remaining 10% are better than me. Do not worry about the # 's so much!
